I am 73 and have an awful problem with this converting files for free. I get constant annoying pop-ups on eBay, until it is just making me crazy. I went through the uninstalling steps and when I click on Uninstall, nothing happens. It is impossible to delete or uninstall. What can I do? Do not want to spend more money taking computer to staples again.
Do not download or install it, it is adware! It will hijack every web browser on your computer and constantly open tabs and windows with advertising. Some are to malware sites! I had one hell of a time uninstalling it once I discovered it was responsible for hijacking my web browsers.
